### Steps to install and use the addon:

1. Install the Create Empty Helper addon:

2. Create empties based on objects or bones:

- You can select multiple objects in Object mode, choose suitable constraint options, and click Create Object Empty.

- You can select multiple bones in Pose mode, choose suitable constraint options, and click Create Bone Empty.

- If no constraint options are selected, the created empties will not have constraints.

3. Organization of created empties:

- The empties will be created in the collection named Helper_Empty_Collection.
